On Sept. 30, Jose L. Ramirez Sosa purchased a three bedroom, one bathroom home at 736 N. Edgelawn Drive, Aurora from KC Capital LLC for $190,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $4,370.16, 2.3% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on July 9, 2021 for $153,000.

So far in September 2021, 165 properties sold in Aurora.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were six registered voters residing at 736 N. Edgelawn Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Dalvin D Bennet, 28, Andrew L. Saylors, 44, Christina Marie Proctor, 41, Claudia F. Proctor, 63, Teresa Ann Bennett, 55, and Juanita L. Dabolt, 49.
