Median home prices in Big Rock rose to $325,000 in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Big Rock rose by $61,500 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $325,000 - a 23.3% increase over the $263,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Big Rock in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Big Rock for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $5,795, approximately 1.8% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
