On Aug. 30, Artur Dukhounik and Iana Medvedieva purchased a four bedroom home at 3605 Bradford Court, Carpentersville from Scott G. Biggar (trust) for $335,000.

In 2019, the property tax paid for this property was $7,547.04, which is 2.25% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Nov. 6, 2006 for $320,000.

This property is one of 61 sales so far in Carpentersville in August 2021.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Scott G. Biggar has been registered to vote since 2007 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including two Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 3605 Bradford Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: Abigail Biggar, and Scott G. Biggar, 55.
