On July 16, Elizabeth Ponzo purchased a two bedroom, five bathroom home at 209 Whipple Ave., Batavia from Kevin V Preas and Nata-Leigh Foulkes for $224,900.

In 2019, the property tax paid for this property was $4,236.84, which is 1.88% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $233,500 on July 11, 2006.

So far in July 2021, 29 properties sold in Batavia.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Kevin V. Preas has been registered to vote since 2008 and has voted in at least three primary elections, records show, including three Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 209 Whipple Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Nata Leigh F. Preas, 44, Kevin V. Preas, 44, and Lauren Foulkes.
