1790 Haverford Drive, Algonquin purchased by Brittany and David Whaley

On July 13, Brittany and David Whaley purchased a four bedroom home at 1790 Haverford Drive, Algonquin from Robert and Sandra T. Chavez and Chavez (trust) for $350,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $7,879.60, 2.25% of the sale price of the home.

So far in July 2021, 11 properties sold in Algonquin.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Sandra Theresa Chavez has been registered to vote since 2019 and has voted in at least 11 primary elections, records show, including nine Democratic Primaries and two Republican Primaries. Robert Chavez has been registered to vote since 2019 and has voted in at least seven primary elections, records show, including seven Democratic Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
