On July 6, Robert W. Groman purchased a three bedroom, 10 bathroom home at 107 Elm Ave., N. Aurora from Scott R. and Karen C. Etters, Scott and Karen Etters (trust) for $285,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $6,105.54, 2.14% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Feb. 15, 2017 for $216,000.

This property is one of six sales so far in North Aurora in July 2021.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Scott R. Etters has been registered to vote since 2017. Karen C. Etters has been registered to vote since 2017 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Democratic Primary.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
