Pricing for the median home in Sugar Grove increased during the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Sugar Grove rose by $47,000 while total sales increased by 69.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 134 homes sold, with a median sale price of $319,000 - a 17.3% increase over the $272,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 79 homes sold in Sugar Grove in the first half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Sugar Grove for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $8,202, approximately 2.6% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2021.
