The first half of 2021: Fox River Estates experienced a 70.9% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Fox River Estates rose by $113,500 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $273,500 - a 70.9% increase over the $160,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Fox River Estates in the first half of 2020, as well.

The median sales tax in Fox River Estates for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,592, approximately 1.7% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2021.
