Pricing for the median home in Sleepy Hollow increased during the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Sleepy Hollow rose by $62,500 while total sales increased by 45.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $317,500 - a 24.5% increase over the $255,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Sleepy Hollow in the second quarter of 2020.
