May 2021: Home prices in Aurora (Kendall County) increased

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2021 in Aurora in Kendall County rose by $79,750 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2021, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $305,000 - a 35.4% increase over the $225,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Aurora in May 2020.
