City of Aurora issued the following announcement on Mar. 28.
In collaboration with the Northern Illinois Food Bank and the Marie Wilkinson Food Pantry, the City of Aurora will host the 8th communitywide Pop-Up Food Pantry on Monday, March 29 at Phillips Park, 1000 Ray Moses Drive.
• 1,000 families will be provided free food, including boxes of fresh and quality meat, dairy, and produce.
• The drive-thru event is no-contact and first-come, first-served.
• No identification is necessary. Lines form early.
