Rep. Jeff Keicher (R-Sycamore) has a vision of a new Illinois.
“Imagine an Illinois where we work with job creators to bring amazing new opportunities of investment across all our communities,” Keicher said in a video posted to YouTube on March 17. “Imagine an Illinois where we have apprenticeship and artisan training programs that prepare our students, our citizens, for the jobs of tomorrow today.”
Keicher’s statements are reflective of Illinois House Republicans Reimagine Illinois plan. Republican lawmakers insist it puts affordable health care and child care options for every Illinois family at the forefront of its movement.
“Imagine an Illinois where we work together with job creators to develop an economy that’s adaptable and innovative for tomorrow’s needs,” Keicher said. “Imagine an Illinois with a growing economy and opportunities for all of our families.”
