City of Geneva Firefighters Foreign Fire Fund Board met Aug. 4.

Kevin Swanson called the meeting to order at 17:39 in the Fire Department Station #1 training room and Webex.
1. Consider and approve the meeting minutes for the February 21 and March 3, 2020 meetings
The meeting minutes for February 21 and March 3, 2020 were reviewed as submitted.
Mike Antenore moved to approve the minutes as presented.
Steve Jones seconded the motion.

2. Consider and approve the monthly treasurer report for February 2020 through June 2020
Steve Jones motioned to approve the monthly treasurer reports as submitted.
Nick Grana seconded the motion.

3. Consider and approve the payment of the March 2020 through July 2020 bills
Nick Grana moved to approve the bills as presented.
Steve Jones seconded the motion.

a. Consider proposal by Mike Antenore to increase the budget for the previously approved project FY2020-03, Outdoor Furniture, Station 1 & 2
Kevin Swanson motioned to approve the proposal as amended for a new budget of $2,000.
