CITY OF ELGIN: Holiday Hours On September 7

City of Elgin issued the following announcement on Sept. 5.

All non-emergency city offices will be closed Monday, September 7 for Labor Day. Garbage and recycling collections will be delayed by one day. Enjoy your holiday weekend and celebrate safely!
