City of Elgin issued the following announcement on July 25.
Mobile COVID Testing will be available in Elgin July 28 and 29, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Kimball Middle School, located at 451 N. McLean Blvd.
•Testing is free and open to all.
•Participants will receive test results in 3-7 days.
