City of Elgin issued the following announcement on July 10.
The City of Elgin and ComEd have arranged for two cooling buses to be parked in the parking lots of City Hall, 150 Dexter Court. Each bus can accommodate approximately 20 people. Users of the stations will be provided a mask, if they do not have one already. The cooling stations will be available throughout the day today, July 10. Please stop by if you are in need.
