1. 810 Villa Street - #34-19, establish a banquet hall, a commercial event space for activities pertaining to the assembly of people, within an existing commercial building.

Planned Development as a Map Amendment and Preliminary and Final Plat of Subdivision:

1. 450 S. Randall Road - #08-20 and #09-20, preliminary and final plat of subdivision and a planned development to construct a new four-story 140-unit senior-living facility.
