City of Elgin issued the following announcement on May 14.
Looking for a fun activity to do while at home? Design a piece of art expressing why you count in the 2020 Census and share it on social media May 13-19. Post photos of your creations (drawing, photograph, painting, video, etc.) expressing why you count and include the hashtag #ElginKidsCount. Three lucky winners will be chosen at random to receive a $50 gift card.
