Jan.-June 2019 Recap: Parolees near Illinois zip code 60134 convicted of crimes involving alcohol

There were two offenders convicted of crimes involving alcohol released on parole near Illinois zip code 60134 during the first half of 2019, according to Illinois Department of Corrections data obtained by the Kane County Reporter.

The data shows that both of the released offenders in 60134 were men. The younger parolee was a 43-year-old man sentenced in 2017. The other was a 56-year-old man sentenced in 2017.

The offender who was incarcerated the longest was William McCullough. He was convicted of a crime involving alcohol in 2017 when he was 53 years old. He is now 56.

Under state law, paroled offenders are still in legal custody of the IDOC, meaning they can be taken back to a correctional center at any time if the state has probable cause or a warrant.

The table below shows the 50 zips in Illinois with the most paroled offenders during the first half of 2019 who were convicted of crimes involving alcohol.
