Hampshire home prices rise in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Hampshire rose by $104,500 while total sales decreased by 37.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $338,000 - a 44.8% increase over the $233,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Hampshire in March 2019.

The median sales tax in Hampshire for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $6,237, approximately 1.8% of the median home sale price for March 2020.
