A. 2020 Budget and Three-Year Financial Plan

B. Amendment No. 1 to Engineering Services Agreement with Engineering Enterprises Inc. for the Lead Service Line Replacement Program Implementation Plan ($24,400) Objective: Contract for engineering services to implement remedial action relating to lead water service lines located on private property.

C. Professional Services Agreement with Accelerated Technology Laboratories Inc. for the Water Department Laboratory Information Management System Upgrade Project ($96,878) Objective: Provide professional services in order to upgrade the water department’s current laboratory data entry system with an up to date program with mobile capabilities.

D. Lease Agreement for Restaurant Management Services with Porters Pub Payroll PPP, LLC (Item must be removed from the Table) (No cost) Objective: Provide a high quality food and beverage experience for the patrons at Bowes Creek Country Club.

E. Amendments to Elgin Municipal Code Title 3, Chapter 3.12, Commission on Human Relations (No cost) Objective: Revise the charter of the Human Relations Commission to reflect the community outreach and engagement performed by the HRC.

F. Renewal Agreement with Box Inc. for Cloud-Based Data Storage and Document Management Platform ($213,370 annually; $426,740 over two years) Objective: Maintain a cloud-based data storage and document management solution that integrates with existing City cloud services and desktop applications.
