City of Aurora Civil Service Commission met Oct. 3.

OLD BUSINESS

NEW BUSINESS

Commissioner Perkins motioned take the commission into executive session at 4:10 p.m. to review police officer and fire polygraph and psychological evaluations. Commissioner Wood seconded. Motion passed.

Commissioner Perkins motioned to take the commission out of executive session at 5:00 p.m. Commissioner Morales-Perez seconded. Motion passed.

Commissioner Wood motioned to pass 2018 Fire Private Eligibility List candidates Mark Biegalski and Bradley Benson to the next step in the hiring process based on the results of the polygraph assessment. Commissioner Perkins seconded. Motion passed.

Commissioner Wood motioned to strike 2018 Fire Private Eligibility List candidate Mark Biegalski from the eligibility list based on the results of the psychological assessment. Commissioner Perkins seconded. Motion passed.

Commissioner Wood motioned to strike 2018 Fire Private Eligibility List candidates Zachary Souborin, Andrew Wright, Joshua Jelm from the eligibility list per request. Commissioner Morales-Perez seconded. Motion passed.

Commissioner Wood motioned to strike 2019 Police Officer Eligibility list candidates Ryan Frias, Matthew Jackson, Nicholas Hatler, Miguel Barron, Joseph Caballero, Domenico DiPilato, Alyssa Zopp Hector Salgado, Michael Pagan, Bradley Ehringer Jonathon McDermott, Ryan Montgomery, Nicholas Pastrana from the list based on the results of the polygraph assessment. Commissioner Morales-Perez seconded. Motion passed.

Commissioner Wood motioned to pass 2019 Police Officer Eligibility list candidates Jasmine Munoz, Jonathon Garcia, and Cory Shepherd to the next step in the hiring process based on the results of the polygraph assessment. Commissioner Morales-Perez seconded. Motion passed.

Commissioner Wood motioned to strike 2019 Police Officer Eligibility list candidates Jasmine Munoz and Jonathan Garcia from the eligibility list based on the results of the psychological assessment. Commissioner Perkins seconded. Motion passed.

Commissioner Wood motioned to strike 2019 Police Officer Eligibility list candidates Ryan Smith, Carmine Romano, Kammren Cusack, Joshua Chorneyko, Joseph Robinson, Zach Leo, Victor Cieslak, Juan Tornero Jr, and Joseph Doolan from the eligibility list per request. Commissioner Morales-Perez seconded. Motion passed.

Commissioner Wood motioned to approve the September 20, 2019 meeting minutes. Commissioner Perkins seconded. Motion passed.

Commissioners reviewed September 2019 payroll. Document will be submitted to payroll for processing without changes.

Commissioner Morales-Perez motioned, seconded by Commissioner Perkins to adjourn the meeting at 5:30 p.m. Motion passed.
