City of Geneva issued the following announcement on Oct. 11.
Do your kids want to put on their Halloween costume an extra time? Do they want to collect even more candy than usual? Well of course they do! #GenevaIL's Downtown Trick-or-Treating event is Oct. 24. Look for this sign posted in windows for participating businesses.
