A. Kuhn Building Addition and Zoning Lot Division – The applicant is requesting:

i. A Variation from Section 11-5C-4B (Setback Requirements in the R1 Low Density Single-Family Residential District to allow a 9.2-foot side yard setback instead of the required 12-foot side yard setback.

ii. A Variation from Section 11-5C-4F (Maximum Floor Area in the R1 Low Density Single-Family Residential District) to increase the allowable floor area by 20 percent (905 square feet) for the purpose of adding onto the existing home.
