North Aurora home prices fall in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in North Aurora fell by $17,159 while total sales decreased by 11.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 80 homes sold, with a median sale price of $245,500 - a 6.5% decrease over the $262,659 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 90 homes sold in North Aurora in the second quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in North Aurora for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $6,597, approximately 2.7% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2019.
