Hampshire home prices fall in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in Hampshire fell by $71,500 while total sales decreased by 38.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $210,000 - a 25.4% decrease over the $281,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Hampshire in May 2018.

The median sales tax in Hampshire for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $6,438, approximately 3.1% of the median home sale price for May 2019.
