North Aurora home prices unchanged in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in North Aurora was unchanged while total sales increased by 20.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $225,000. There were 24 homes sold in North Aurora in May 2018, and the median sales price for the period was also $225,000.
