City of Geneva City Council met Aug. 19.

*a. Recommend Approval of Festival of the Vine Special Event Liquor Licenses for the Geneva Chamber of Commerce, The Little Traveler, The Royal Wren, Fiora’s, and Geneva Wine Cellars.

*b. Recommend Approval of Ordinance No. 2019-18 Amending the Geneva Code of Ordinances Title 4, Chapter 2, Section 4-2-13 by Adding One Class C-3 Liquor License (The Beer Cellar at 204 W. State Street)

*c. Recommend Resolution No. 2019-73 Authorizing Acceptance of 2019 Employee Benefit Plan Renewal Effective November 1, 2019.

*d. Recommend Resolution No. 2019-74 Authorizing Contract with Sewer Tech LLC at a Cost of $227,860 with up to $22,140 in Change Orders for a Total Not-to-Exceed Amount of $250,000.

12. PRESENTATION OF ORDINANCES, RESOLUTIONS, PETITIONS

a. Recommend Approval of Resolution No. 2019-82 Ratifying Execution of a Contract with Traffic Control & Protection Inc. to Install, Maintain and Remove MUTCD Compliant Detour Signage in an Amount Not to Exceed $14,300. (South Street Culvert Repair Project)
