Do you live on a street with a bicycle lane?
Using a bicycle to get around is a choice for many, but some Elgin residents use a bike as their main means of transportation.
All cyclists in Elgin should be provided a clean and unobstructed pathway, especially if they are using a designated bike lane. Please do not place garbage and recycling carts on the street blocking bike lanes. Instead, place carts on the parkway or your driveway apron..
