City of Geneva City Council will meet on Monday, June 3.

a. Public Hearing on Ordinance No. 2019-09 – An Ordinance Vacating a Portion of the Public Street Commonly Known as Western Avenue.

b. Proclaim June 7, 2019 as Gun Violence Awareness Day

c. Presentation on the Jank Music Scholarship Program

d. Consider Mayor’s Appointment of Michael Antenore as Alternate Board Member on the Tri-City Ambulance Board.

e. Speed Control Policy Task Force Recommendations

*a. Approve 2019 Swedish Days Special Event Liquor Licenses for Chianti’s Carryout and Catering, The Royal Wren, and American Legion Post 75.

*b. Approve Resolution No. 2019-57 Authorizing Execution of a Utility Easement Agreement for 222 Anderson Blvd.

*c. Approve Resolution No. 2019-58 Authorizing a Contract Extension for 2019-2020 Wetlands Management Services with Hampton, Lenzini, and Renwick Inc. for Eagle Brook and On Brentwoods Pond Subdivisions.

*d. Approve Resolution 2019-59 IDOT Resolution/Form BLR 14220 for 2019-2020 Municipal Estimate of Maintenance Costs.
