City of Elgin issued the following announcement on March 8.
Vote for your favorite Elgin restaurants in the Elgin Munch Madness 2019 competition to earn one the coveted title of Munch Madness Champion!
Voting kicks off on March 13th in this bracket-style competition featuring signature dishes from 8 Downtown Elgin restaurants vs. 8 Elgin restaurants located outside of the Downtown (i.e. “Aroundtown”).
