*b. Approve Resolution No. 2019-16 Authorizing the City Administrator to Purchase a 2020 Peterbilt Model 348 Single Axle Dump and Snowplow from JX Truck Centers (through Sourcewell) in the Amount of $184,667.00.
*c. Approve Resolution No. 2019-17 Authorizing the City Administrator to Purchase Ten Saddle Tank Retro-Fit Kits for Snow Removal Equipment from Henderson Products Inc. in the Amount of $53,027.25.
*d. Approve Resolution No. 2019-18 Authorizing Execution of the 2019 French Market License Agreement with Bensidoun USA to Operate an Open Air Market on Sundays from April 14, 2019 to November 10, 2019 on the City’s South Fourth Street Parking Lot.
