City of Elgin issued the following announcement on Feb. 16.
Did you know? Elgin offers a convenient way to recycle unwanted clothing, shoes and other textiles through its Simple Recycling service.
Free, curbside collection is available on your regular recycling collection day. Simply fill your orange bags and place them beside your recycling cart. It’s that easy!
