Q3 real estate sales report: Sunset Villa

Median prices rose in Sunset Villa over last year, and are up 36 percent over 8 years, adjusted for inflation, according to third quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From July to September, 2 homes sold in Sunset Villa for a median price of $422,500. That's 53.4 percent higher than median home sale prices for the third quarter of 2017.

In the third quarter, there were no foreclosures in Sunset Villa.
