Q2 real estate sales report: St. Charles

Median prices rose in St. Charles over last year, and are down 2.1 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to second quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From April to June, 182 homes sold in St. Charles for a median price of $285,000. That's 1.6 percent higher than median home sale prices for the second quarter of 2017.
