Q2 real estate sales report: Virgil

Median prices declined in Virgil over last year, and are up 4 percent over 7 years, adjusted for inflation, according to second quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From April to June, 1 home sold in Virgil for a price of $170,000. That's 34.3 percent lower than median home sale prices for the second quarter of 2017.

In the second quarter, there were no foreclosures in Virgil.
