State House race: Democrat Villa wins voter tally in St Charles Township Precinct 3

Karina Villa led Republican Tonia Jane Khouri in votes cast in St Charles Township Precinct 3 for the District 49 state House race, according to the latest vote count.

Villa appeared to outpace Khouri by a margin of 1.2 percent on Tuesday in the precinct.
