State House race: Democrat Moeller wins voter tally in Elgin Township Precinct 23

Anna Moeller led Republican Andrew R. Cuming in votes cast in Elgin Township Precinct 23 for the District 43 state House race, according to the latest vote count.

Moeller appeared to outpace Cuming by a margin of 48.6 percent on Tuesday in the precinct.
