State House race: Democrat Villa wins voter tally in Batavia Township Precinct 12

Karina Villa led Republican Tonia Jane Khouri in votes cast in Batavia Township Precinct 12 for the District 49 state House race, according to the latest vote count.

Villa appeared to outpace Khouri by a margin of 12.3 percent on Tuesday in the precinct.
