a. Public Hearing on the Proposed Establishment of the City of Geneva Special Service Area Number 33, and the Levy of Taxes on Property Within the Special Service Area for the Purpose of Paying the Costs of Providing Special Services in and for Such Special Service Area.

b. Proclaim June 18, 2018 as Board and Commission Recognition Day.

c. Recognize Outgoing City Board and Commission Members.

d. Consider Mayor’s Appointment of Chuck Miles and William Malecki to the Strategic Plan Advisory Committee.

Approve Ordinance No. 2018-17 Authorizing Execution of an Intergovernmental Agreement By and Between the City of Geneva and the Geneva Park District Relating to the Real Property Identified as Parcel No. 12-09-200-045. (this item requires a 2/3 majority or in the alternative, 7 affirmative votes)

*c. Approve Resolution No. 2018-53 Waiving Competitive Bidding Process and Authorizing the City Administrator to Negotiate and Enter Into an Agreement with IT-Stability Systems LL to Implement an Administrative Adjudication and E-Citation System for Parking, Local Ordinance, and Traffic Enforcement, Subject to Final Legal Review. (this item requires a 2/3 majority or in the alternative, 7 affirmative votes)

*d. Approve Resolution No. 2018-54 Authorizing Rejection of FY2018-19 Geneva Tree Trimming Bid and Contract with Asplundh Tree Expert.

*e. Approve Resolution No. 2018-55 Awarding Bid and Contract for FY2018-19 and FY2019-20 to Skyline Tree Service in the Amount of $360,000.00 for Geneva Line Clearing Tree Trimming.

*f. Approve Resolution No. 2018-56 Authorizing Purchase Four (4) Wireless Vehicle Lifts from the HCACBuy Co-Op Program at Cost Not-To-Exceed $47,846.

*g. Approve Resolution No. 2018-57 Waiving the Competitive Bidding Processing and Authorizing the City Administrator to Enter Into an Agreement with Standard Industrial Equipment in an Amount Not-to-Exceed $21,211.91 for Repair and Upgrade of Public Works Fleet Maintenance Garage Lift. (this item requires a 2/3 majority or in the alternative, 7 affirmative votes)
