                        years of Special Service Area One (1) (Aurora Downtown) in the City of Aurora

                        and providing for a public hearing and other procedure in connection.

18-0492           An Ordinance Proposing the Establishment of a Special Service Area Number

                        #195 PAS Plaza Vacant Lots Southwest Corner Farnsworth Avenue and

                         Butterfield Road, Kane County, in the City of Aurora and Providing for a Public

                         Hearing and Other Procedures in Connection Therewith".

18-0493            An Ordinance of the City of Aurora, Illinois, Ascertaining the Prevailing Wage Rate

                         of Wages for Laborers, Mechanics, and other Workers Employed in Public Works

                          Projects.

18-0443             A Resolution to accept a bid from Cardno Inc., 6605 Steger Road, Unit A, Monee,

                          IL 60449 for Native Plantings Landscaping Maintenance in the amount of $61,000.

18-0446             A Resolution authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute an Agency

                          Agreement with the State of Illinois Department of Transportation, Division of

                          Aeronautics and a not-to-exceed Construction Phase Engineering Services

                          Agreement in the amount of $57,000 with Crawford Murphy and Tilly Inc. for the

                          Overlay Southeast Quadrant Perimeter Roadways Project (ARR 4636).

18-0473             A Resolution requesting approval to accept the proposal from Tetra Tech to

                          conduct Continuity of Operations Planning and Continuity of Operations Plans for

                           the Cities of Aurora and Naperville for $256,397.74.

18-0481              A Resolution Requesting Authorization for the Mayor to Execute the Local Agency

                           Agreement for Federal Participation with the State of Illinois, the Director of

                           Purchasing to sign the Phase 3 Construction Engineering Agreement with Baxter

                           & Woodman Inc. and the Appropriation of Motor Fuel Tax Funds for Montgomery

                           Road Multi-Use Path Project, MFT #16-00311-00-BT.

18-0500              A Resolution authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute an Agency

                           Agreement with the State of Illinois Department of Transportation, Division of

                           Aeronautics and a not to exceed agreement for Construction Phase Engineering

                           Services in the amount of $31,500 with Crawford, Murphy and Tilly Inc. for the

                           Airfield Lighting Control and Monitoring System Project (ARR 4522)

18-0469             A Resolution Authorization the Purchase of Bulk Rock Salt in the Amount of $67.15

                           Per Ton for the 2018-2019 Winter Season from Detroit Salt Company. Detroit
