a. Recommend Resolution No. 2018-08 Authorizing Execution of Parkway Tree Inventory Contract

     with Graf Tree Care Inc. in an Amount Not-to-Exceed $47,970.

*b. Approve Ordinance No. 2018-03 Adding One (1) Class C-1 Liquor License to the City Code for

     1910 Bar Inc., located at 30 W. State, Suite 200.

*c. Approve Resolution No. 2018-09 Authorizing Execution of a Professional Services Contract with

     Rempe-Sharpe & Associates in the Amount Not-to-Exceed $31,300 for Engineering Design/Water

     System Improvements.

*d. Approve Resolution No. 2018-10 Authorizing Execution of an Operation and Maintenance

     Agreement with Caterpillar Power Generation LLC for Generation Facility Operations 2018, 2019,

     and 2020.

*e. Approve Certificate of Acceptance for Sunset Prairie for Parkway Improvements and Outlot B.

*f. Approve Resolution No. 2018-11 Authorizing a Grant of Utility Easement to the City of St. Charles,

     IL for Parkside Reserve Townhome Development.

*g. Approve Resolution No. 2018-12 Awarding a Contract to TNT Landscape Construction in an

     Amount Not to Exceed $11,185.25 for the City of Geneva Identification Signage Planting.

*h. Approve Resolution No. 2018-13 Authorizing Execution of a Market License with Bensidoun USA

     Inc. for Open Air Market April 15, 2018 through November 11, 2018.

*i. Approve Resolution No. 2018-14 Approving Execution of an Auditing Services Agreement with

     Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP for FY2018 – 2021.

*j. Approve Resolution No. 2018-15 and Declaration of Trust of the Illinois Trust and Authorizing

     Certain Officials to Act on Behalf of the City of Geneva.

*k. Approve Ordinance No. 2018-04 Amending Title 9, Chapter 1, Section 2 Regarding Collection of
