West Aurora Volunteers for Education (WAVE) owes $3,131 in fines

The campaign committee West Aurora Volunteers for Education (WAVE) owes a $1,250 fine imposed on Aug. 28, 2015, according to Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

A detailed look reveals the committee owes additional outstanding fines totaling $1,881.

ISBE Records dating back to 2003 show 16 area campaign committees owe a combined total of $89,906 in pending fines.
