Friends of Juan Thomas owes $450 in fines

The campaign committee Friends of Juan Thomas owes a $450 fine imposed on March 1, 2016 with Juan R. Thomas listed as the responsible officer, according to Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

ISBE Records dating back to 2003 show 16 area campaign committees owe a combined total of $89,906 in pending fines.
