*a. Approve Resolution No. 2016-80 Authorizing Contract to WBK Engineering in the Amount of $83,500.00 for Phase I and II Engineering Design and Specifications for the South Street LAFO Resurfacing Project.

*b. Approve Resolution No. 2016-81 Authorizing Waiver of Bidding Process and Contract to LSH Technologies in the Amount of $318,950.00 for PLC and HMI Upgrades to the Geneva Generation Facility.

*c. Approve Resolution No. 2016-82 Awarding Bid and Contract to Advanced Control Systems in the Amount of $42,280.00 for Electric Division Distribution System SCADA Upgrade Project.

*d. Approve Resolution No. 2016-83 Awarding Bid and Contract to L&S Electric in the Amount of $49,000.00 for South Street and Western Avenue Substation Maintenance.

*e. Approve Resolution No. 2016-84 Authorizing a Professional Services Agreement with Hawksley Consulting/Baxter Woodman in the Amount Not to Exceed $64,310.00 for Phase I Stormwater Utility Study 

*f. Recommend Resolution No. 2016-85 Authorizing the City Administrator to Execute a Contract Change Order with CDM Smith at a Cost Not-to-Exceed $57,923.00 for Wastewater Treatment Plant Design Improvements.

a. Recommend Approval of Ordinance No. 2016-38: An Ordinance Providing for the Issuance of Approximately $3,125,000 General Obligation Refunding Bonds of the City for the Purpose of Refunding Certain Outstanding Bonds of Said City, Providing for the Levy and Collection of a Direct Annual Tax for the Payment of the Principal of and Interest on Said Bonds, Authorizing the Execution of an Escrow Agreement in Connection with Such Refunding, and Authorizing the Sale of the Bonds to the Purchaser Thereof."
