Elgin City Council considers amending certain parking restrictions

At a meeting this week, the Elgin City Council considered an ordinance to amend certain parking restrictions in the city.

after approval of the Consent Agenda.  Citizens desiring discussion on any item listed under the

Consent Agenda should contact a Council member prior to the meeting and request that the
