The Batavia Plan Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct a design review for a planned industrial building at 1200-1250 Douglas Road during its next meeting 7 p.m. today at 100 N. Island Ave.
The seven-member commission oversees the preparation and implementation of the city’s comprehensive plan through reviews of development applications. The commission also conducts public hearings for conditional-use requests and proposed zoning-map amendments. It also reviews subdivisions through the city's subdivision regulations.
