Algonquin Liquor Commission to hear several cases

The Algonquin Liquor Commission will hear several cases at its next meeting 7:15 p.m. today in the Ganek Municipal Center, 2200 Harnish Drive.

The Algonquin Liquor Commission meets as called. Members of the village board serve on the commission, and the village president is the liquor commissioner.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Algonquin Liquor Control Commission will hold a Liquor Hearing onTuesday, July 5, 2016, starting at 7:15 p.m., in the Ganek Municipal Center, 2200 Harnish Drive,Algonquin, Illinois. The hearing will be held on complaints filed against the following license holders

for ALLEGED VIOLATIONS OF CHAPTER 33, LIQUOR CONTROL AND LIQUOR LICENSING, OF THEALGONQUIN MUNICIPAL CODE AND APPLICABLE SECTIONS OF THE ILLINOIS COMPILED STATUTES:

• Cheeseburger of Algonquin, LLC., d/b/a Fuddruckers Restaurant, 1608 S. Randall Road

• The Texan Inc., d/b/a Texan BBQ, 101 North Main Street

• MPS Mart Inc. d/b/a Citgo, 609 South Main Street
