Olegario and Jessica Gomez acquire 508 Liberty St., Aurora

On Feb. 18, Olegario and Jessica Gomez purchased a six bedroom home at 508 Liberty St., Aurora from Nora Leobardo and Diana Guerrero Leobardo for $250,000.

The property tax paid for this property in 2019 was $4,311.02. This is 1.72% of the sale price of the home.

So far in February 2022, 119 properties sold in Aurora.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Nora L. Guerrero has been registered to vote since 2007. Leobardo Guerrero has been registered to vote since 2012.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were five registered voters residing at 508 Liberty St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Valeria Katrina Garcia, 43, Leovardo Guerrero Lopez, 70, Nora L. Guerrero, 33, Leobardo Guerrero, 70, and Maribel Guerrero, 35.
