On Feb. 18, Michael A. and Christina R. Homola purchased a property at 626 Van Nortwick Court, Batavia from Erin Flanagan-Kopenec and Evelyn C. Flanagan (trust) for $320,000.

In 2019, the property tax paid for this property was $6,801.40, which is 2.13% of the sale price of the home.

This property is one of 21 sales so far in Batavia in February 2022.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Evelyn C. Flanagan has been registered to vote since 1979 and has voted in at least eight primary elections, records show, including eight Republican Primaries.
